                廣式豉汁排骨蒸鳳爪的做法

                所需材料

                白糖、豆豉、郫縣豆瓣、姜、排骨、鳳爪、生抽、海鮮醬、耗油、鹽

                做法

                一、把雞腳劈開目的是為了入味,排骨切小塊△

                二、鍋裏燒水,熱水煮過,過冷水

                三、鍋裏放油,燒熱了,小火,放入雞腳№油炸,炸到胖大撈出,然後也好炸排骨,變色撈出

                四、鍋裏燒水,倒入雞腳,水開了煮十分鐘,撈出

                五、雞腳,排骨,加入澱粉,生抽,白糖,鹽,豆豉,海鮮醬,耗油拌勻

                六、中火蒸三十分鐘
